The Brief

The GP Sub Deanery supports GPs and their practice teams to deliver excellent placements for medical students, and promotes General Practice as a career. It needed a website where practices can learn about placements, practice visits and quality assurance, and find the forms and guidance they use.

The Result

Practices can find what they need for a placement quickly, from the CP2A form to guidance on practice visits. The team adds news, events and resources as they go, and can see which resources are downloaded.

What I Built

  • A WordPress and Divi website covering practice visits, quality assurance, resources, events and the team
  • News with featured updates on the home page, plus an events calendar
  • A managed resources list that tracks downloads, so the team can see which resources practices use
  • Contact forms, SEO set-up, privacy-friendly analytics and cookie consent
  • Secure UK hosting
